On average, it can take up-to 6 weeks for us to complete your website, this completely depends on your needs. We will always keep you in the progress loop via email or telephone.

On certain occasions, we can re-design the website completely. However, we do send you updates with screenshots early on, so there should be no need to redesign.

Of course! We will send you a full tutorial video during the handover. If you still need support, one of our technicians will teach you live – no extra cost.

Yes, we offer graphic design services – Please let us know during your enquiry and we can include it in the quote.

Hosting for the first year is included in our pricing, after 1 year there will be a charge. Please refer to our pricing page here

Yes, we can build you a website without the hosting. You are free to choose your own host, however, we would be unable to provide crucial updates and other services such as daily website backups and security updates.

Our hourly charge is £80 per hour. This charge is included in the package price. For example, the e-commerce package is £1275 – this would take us 15-16 hours for us to make.

Please note: We also have to make multiple websites for other customers, hence why we give a 6-8 week time frame.
